    EPL does not charge overdue fees for items returned late. 

    Please allow 24-48 hours for returns to be reflected on your account. If they are still showing up on your account after that time, contact us, opens a new window. 

    The automatic return chutes will no longer be available as maintaining this technology is a significant cost to EPL. Based on a pilot run since 2022, the removal of these chutes has not affected most customers, with a minimal impact experienced by those who need their items automatically discharged.  

    No, you do not need to check in material. Some branches may provide this as an option for those customers who wish to operate independently, however, speak to staff about alternatives if that is your preference. 

    If you would like items to be immediately removed from your account, please speak to branch staff who can provide you with options.
