Library Takeout—EPL’s outdoor contactless pickup service allows you to access our physical borrowing collections without having to come into the branch.

General Questions
When you arrive, call the phone number posted on the exterior of the branch—let staff know that you would like to pick up your holds and be ready to share your library card number.
Staff will then prepare your holds and provide instructions on how to retrieve your holds once ready.
Please share any questions you have through our chat service. Your question will be directed to the right staff member to respond.

Library Takeout: Holds, Pickup & Returns
Simply log in to your EPL account, search for the item(s) you want and click "Place a Hold."
You will be notified by email or phone when your items are ready for pickup.
Staff will prepare your holds inside and will then bring them outside, handing them to you once they are ready.
Please call the branch ahead of time to let us know when you will be arriving.
Text 587-817-0337 to make arrangements to pick up your hold at your branch.
You have one week to pick up your hold(s).
No problem! Log in to your EPL account to cancel or contact us and we will do it for you.
Yes! Our book drops at participating branches will be open and ready for your returns.
