Description:
Join us for a “Beaded Story Pouch” program and help children explore storytelling through making, each pouch becoming a small vessel for the stories they carry.

Jamie Mulder (she/her) is a Métis artist and educator based in Edmonton, working under Heart Berry Studio. Her multidisciplinary practice spans beadwork, textile arts, and traditional materials, exploring how craft can hold and share stories. Through hands-on workshops, Jamie invites participants to create with curiosity and care, using artmaking as a way to connect with memory, place, and imagination.

Maximum capacity is 20 participants.

Beth’s Picnic Show is back at EPL and this time she’s celebrating Springtime! Songs focus on nature, creativity and picnic fun. Together, we pretend to have a picnic and notice the signs of Spring. This colourful and engaging indoor concert is great for the whole family.

Join the hunt for a lost fairy princess and watch your children become enchanted. Follow trails, solve puzzles and search for clues in this immersive adventure hosted by the whimsical wizard, Fizzlewit. From Leprechauns to Pudding Pixies, each Fairy Finding Tour features a whole host of fantastical fairy folk to encounter.

But more importantly, these unique shows are designed to help children practice their early reading skills, hone their critical thinking and let their imaginations run wild. Make sure your day goes happily ever after and come on Fizzlewit’s Fairy Finding Tour!

Join Glow Yoga Kids, a yoga and creative movement company for the young at heart! Glow Yoga believes that every child has within them a beautifully distinctive inner light, and through their unique Rainbow style yoga classes and programs they encourage all participants to let their light shine.

Description:
The earlier students learn how to manage money, the greater their chances of lifelong financial success. EPL is partnering with Junior Achievement to deliver a special workshop for kids ages 9-12. Kids will play hands-on interactive games to:

• Identify the role of money in everyday life
• Practice making sound financial and money management choices
• Manage a personal bank account by making deposits and withdrawals
• Apply the problem-solving and money management skills needed to operate a small business

Description:
Mariela Recinos is a certified origami instructor by Nippon Origami Association (NOA) and a member of Origami USA. She teaches origami as a relaxation therapy to seniors and children. She believes origami is a beautiful art that gives any individual an opportunity to meet people who reside in various corners of the world and share their passion for the same.

Description:
The Triple Fun show from Puddle of Mud Productions is a 'choose your own adventure theatre extravaganza!' It's run by two professional performers and the audience helps decide what happens by directing the choices. We get the audience active - they get to sing with us, dance with us and act with us, the goal is that they are up and down in their 'seat's' and we bring up several volunteers who get to dress up and be part of the performance throughout
