From March 23-31 the Edmonton Public Library offers free classes and events to encourage kids to play, create and explore during Spring Break. Plan your epic adventures now and be sure to visit your local library for exciting classes and events!
Why should we attend?
Research proves that keeping kids' minds sharp during vacation helps when they return to school, and has a measurable impact on their mental acuity. Plus, it's tons of fun and a great way to spend quality time together!
Is it different from regular library classes?

Are there recommended books during the spring break week to encourage for my child to keep reading?
Yes, we have created many "Epic Adventures" lists that are related to the various in-branch classes taking place during Spring Break, so your child can continue learning about the topics at home. You can borrow materials from a library location, download or stream. Below are just a few lists:
