EDMONTON, AB, Friday, Feb. 9, 2024 — The Edmonton Public Library (EPL) unionized staff voted yes for a strike. While CSU 52 voted to strike, it does not mean a strike will happen or that a strike will take place immediately.

The Library will remain open as usual until such time as CSU 52 provides 72-hours notice of strike action.
