When you are using a compatible Kobo, most Libby titles can be checked out and automatically synced to your Kobo directly on the device. To be eligible to checkout and sync directly with Kobo, a title must be the same edition (same cover and year of publication) in both EPL’s Libby collection and the Kobo Canada eBook store.
If the editions do match and will not sync, there may be a problem with the files and we ask that you Contact EPL for assistance. Please be sure to include your library card number, the title you were trying to sync, and the model of Kobo you are using in your request.
