Things happen. Please use the cancellation email provided with the original room request – there’s a shortcut for room cancellation.
If you already paid, please visit the branch and we’ll provide a refund, as long as you let us know at least one day before the event. Please note: If you have required security services, we need 7 days’ notice to cancel.
If you lost your email, just talk to an EPL staff member and let them know.
Very rarely, EPL may need to cancel or transfer a booking. We’ll try to give at least 30 days' notice of the change.
