- Who is your Member of Parliament (MP)?
Your MP is your federal government representative in Canada.

The office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please note that staff at the Edmonton office cannot assist you with a specific case and will advise you to phone the Vancouver Call Centre .

Ph: 1-888-242-2100 Individuals with citizenship and immigration inquiries are advised to phone the Vancouver Call Centre and speak to an agent about their particular case. Front desk staff at the Citizenship and Immigration office in Edmonton are not trained to deal with these types of inquiries.

This Board decides immigration matters. Its policies, rules, legislation, and some case decisions are available on its web site.

Application forms and guides are not available at the Citizenship and Immigration office in Edmonton. You may print applications and forms from the Internet (please note that not all applications and forms are available on the Internet) or you may request that they be mailed to you by ordering them electronically via this web site or by calling the Vancouver Call Centre.
