ETS Trip Planner Driving Directions Collections: Woodcroft has an excellent collection that is continually growing to meet the needs of the community it serves. The library has an extensive picture book collection for young families and large print books for seniors in our area. In addition, Woodcroft has Chinese and Vietnamese paperbacks and a selection of other language books. Want to learn Cree? Discover children's books in Cree? Watch DVDs like Dreamkeeper, The Snow Walker, or Qallunaat: why white people are funny? Woodcroft has a dedicated Aboriginal Collection featuring: books by popular Aboriginal authors; DVDs of the Pow-Wow Trail, Sharing Circle, and Venturing Forth TV series, as well as many popular feature films; and, CDs that include music from Susan Aglukark, Northern Cree Singers, Shane Yellowbird, Robbie Robertson, Darren Lavallee, Sweet Water Women, and many other Aboriginal artists and traditional round dance music. Services: Woodcroft has a large fish tank that is a delight to both children and adults. The library has a bright, comfortable reading area as well. Each summer the Woodcroft flower beds come to life, with beautiful and fragrant red roses (Adelaide Hoodless). We have programs for everyone from ages one to adult.
